Terms and Conditions

These terms explain how the Delhi Golden Doodle website may be used, what our Goldendoodle information and inquiry service does and does not include, and what you and we are each responsible for when you get in touch about a puppy in Delhi NCR. Please read them before you send an inquiry or agree to a booking.

Questions answered by phone or WhatsApp
On this page

In short: this website is an information and inquiry service. It helps families in Delhi NCR ask about Goldendoodle puppy availability, booking steps, price guidance, home delivery or pickup, grooming, training, vaccination questions and responsible ownership. Nothing you read here is a confirmed offer, a medical opinion or a guarantee about a particular puppy.

Anything that actually commits you — a specific puppy, a price, a payment, a delivery date, or cancellation and refund conditions — is agreed directly with us by phone or WhatsApp before you pay, not through this website.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By visiting, browsing or using www.delhigoldendoodle.in ("this website"), or by sending us an inquiry through the forms, phone number or WhatsApp links published on it, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this website or send us an inquiry through it. You are of course still welcome to contact us and ask us to explain anything that is unclear before you decide.

2. Who we are and what this website is

"Delhi Golden Doodle", "we", "us" and "our" refer to the business operating from 2210, Bazar Chitli Qabar, Ahata Mir Bukhari, Chandni Chowk, New Delhi, Delhi 110006, contactable on 779-190-1085. "You" and "your" refer to any person using this website or contacting us through it.

This website publishes information about Goldendoodles and provides a way for families across Delhi NCR to reach us with questions. It is not a veterinary clinic, an animal hospital, a rescue organisation, an adoption agency, a training school or a grooming salon, and it does not present itself as any of those.

A note on the word "adoption" Some pages on this website use the phrase "adoption inquiry" in its everyday sense — a family asking about bringing a Goldendoodle home. Where a puppy is supplied to you in return for payment, that is a commercial transaction, not a rescue or shelter adoption, and these terms describe it as a booking or purchase. If the distinction matters to you, please raise it with us before you proceed.

3. Scope of our information and inquiry service

Through this website and the contact channels listed on it, you can ask us about:

  • Current and upcoming Goldendoodle puppy availability in Delhi NCR
  • How a booking or reservation would work, and what to prepare beforehand
  • The factors that affect price, and current price guidance for a specific puppy
  • Home delivery or pickup arrangements for your locality
  • Grooming routines, training approaches and vaccination questions
  • General responsible-ownership guidance for Delhi homes and apartments

The written material on this website is general in nature. It is prepared to help you ask better questions, not to replace a conversation with us, with a qualified veterinarian, or with a professional trainer or groomer.

4. Eligibility and your responsibilities

You may use this website and send us an inquiry if you are legally competent to enter into a contract under Indian law. If you are under 18, please involve a parent or guardian — we will not proceed with a booking or accept payment from a minor.

When you deal with us, you agree that you will:

  • Give accurate contact details and describe your household honestly
  • Ask about anything that matters to you before you commit or pay
  • Comply with any pet-keeping rules that apply to your building, society or locality, and with any municipal pet licensing or registration requirements that apply where you live
  • Take responsibility for the care, feeding, veterinary attention, exercise and humane treatment of any dog that comes into your home

Requirements relating to the keeping, sale or transfer of dogs — including those under the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960 and rules made under it, and any local municipal requirements in Delhi NCR — should be discussed and confirmed directly with us before you commit. Please ask; we would rather answer the question than have you assume the answer.

5. Accuracy of the details you send us

The guidance we give depends almost entirely on what you tell us. Your locality, home type, family routine, timeline, prior experience with dogs and size preference all shape the answer we give you. If those details are incomplete or inaccurate, our guidance may not suit your situation.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit through an inquiry form, on a call, or over WhatsApp. Please tell us promptly if something changes — for example your address, your timeline, or a change in your household that affects whether a puppy is a sensible fit.

6. Puppy availability can change

This website deliberately does not publish a live list of puppies. Availability changes frequently and any list published on a web page would be out of date quickly. Nothing on this website should be read as confirmation that a particular puppy — of a particular age, size, coat, colour or sex — is available to you right now.

Availability is confirmed only in a direct conversation with us, and remains subject to change until a booking is confirmed between us in the manner described in section 7.

7. Booking and reservation inquiries

A form submission, a WhatsApp message, a missed call or an expression of interest is an inquiry. It does not by itself reserve a puppy, create a binding contract, or oblige either of us to proceed.

A booking exists only when we and you have discussed and agreed the specific puppy or the specific expectation being booked, the amount payable, what that amount covers, and the arrangements for handover — and you have confirmed that you accept those terms.

Before you pay anything Ask us for the booking, payment, cancellation and refund conditions that will apply to your booking, and make sure you have received and understood them. We will explain them to you directly. Please do not treat this website as the source of those conditions — it is not, and it does not set them.

8. Price information and confirmation

We do not publish fixed Goldendoodle prices on this website. Price depends on factors that differ from puppy to puppy — including size type, generation, coat, age, and the vaccination and health documentation available at the time — so a published figure would mislead more often than it would help.

Any price, deposit, balance amount, delivery charge or other cost is valid only when confirmed by us directly for a specific puppy, and only for as long as we say it is. Prices quoted for one puppy do not carry over to another, and a price mentioned in an earlier conversation may no longer apply.

9. Payments and receipts

This website does not process payments. There is no checkout, payment gateway or card form on any page of this website, and we will never ask you to enter payment details into a form here.

Payments, if any, are arranged directly with us. Before paying, please confirm the amount, what it covers, the payment method, and who the recipient is. Ask for a written acknowledgement or receipt for every payment you make, and keep it. If a message, link or account claiming to be us asks you to pay in an unusual way, contact us on 779-190-1085 and verify before sending money.

10. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation and refund conditions are agreed between you and us for each booking. We do not publish a standard cancellation window or refund percentage on this website, and you should not assume one exists.

Before you make any payment, ask us to tell you clearly: whether the amount is refundable, partly refundable or non-refundable; the circumstances in which it can be transferred to another puppy or another date; and how long a refund would take if one applies. Those conditions must be communicated to you and accepted by you before payment, and they will govern that booking.

Nothing in these terms takes away any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable Indian law. Where a term in these Terms and Conditions conflicts with a right you cannot lawfully be asked to give up, your statutory right applies.

11. Suitability and responsible ownership

Deciding whether a Goldendoodle suits your household is your decision. We will give you an honest view based on what you tell us, including telling you when we think the timing or the fit is wrong, but the final judgement is yours.

A dog is a long-term commitment. By proceeding, you accept responsibility for:

  • Daily exercise, feeding, hygiene, grooming and companionship
  • Routine and emergency veterinary care, at your own cost
  • Training, socialisation and safe supervision around children and visitors
  • Humane treatment, and not abandoning, neglecting or rehoming the dog irresponsibly
  • Making arrangements for the dog during travel, relocation or changes in your circumstances

Read our training guidance and grooming support pages for a realistic picture of the routine involved before you decide.

12. Size, coat, shedding and temperament

Goldendoodles are a cross between Golden Retriever and Poodle lineage. Individual dogs vary, and that variation is normal rather than a defect.

  • Adult size and weight cannot be guaranteed. Expectations described as "mini" or "standard" are indicative ranges, not commitments.
  • Coat type can be straight, wavy or curly, and can change as a puppy matures. The adult coat cannot be predicted with certainty from a young puppy.
  • Shedding varies. No dog is completely non-shedding, and we do not describe Goldendoodles as hypoallergenic or zero-shedding. If someone in your home has allergies, please seek medical advice before bringing any dog home.
  • Temperament is shaped by genetics, early experience, socialisation, training and your household. Breed tendencies are not guarantees about an individual dog.
  • Colour and markings may change as the coat matures.

We do not offer, and you should not rely on, any guarantee about a puppy's future size, coat, shedding level, colour or temperament.

13. Health records and documentation

Ask us what documentation is available for a specific puppy before you commit — for example vaccination and deworming records — and ask to see it. Where records exist, we will share what we have. Where a particular document does not exist for a puppy, we will tell you that rather than imply otherwise.

We do not publish or promise pedigree papers, registration certificates, health certifications or genetic test results on this website. If any such documentation matters to your decision, ask about it specifically and in writing before you pay, and proceed only if you receive a clear answer.

14. Vaccination and deworming information

Any vaccination or deworming information we share describes what has been recorded for a puppy up to that point. It is factual record-keeping, not veterinary advice and not a statement about the puppy's present or future health.

Ongoing vaccinations, boosters, deworming and preventive care become your responsibility once a puppy is in your care, and the schedule must be set by a qualified veterinarian who has examined the dog. Our vaccination guidance page is educational background only.

15. Independent veterinary examination

We strongly recommend that you have any puppy examined by a veterinarian of your own choosing, at your own cost, as soon as reasonably possible — ideally within the first few days after handover. Arranging this is your decision and your responsibility.

If an independent veterinarian raises a concern, tell us promptly and share the written findings. Raising an issue early, with documentation, gives us a realistic chance to discuss it with you sensibly.

16. Home delivery and pickup

Home delivery or pickup across Delhi NCR is arranged case by case and depends on your locality, distance, road and weather conditions, the puppy's age and readiness to travel, and available transport. It is not automatically included, and it is not available everywhere.

Where delivery is arranged, you agree to provide a correct address, be reachable on the number you gave us, and have an adult present to receive the puppy. Any charge for delivery is confirmed with you in advance. See our home delivery information page for what to expect on the day.

We will not proceed with transport that we consider unsafe or unsuitable for the animal's welfare, regardless of prior arrangements. If that happens, we will discuss alternatives with you.

17. Delays and events outside reasonable control

Timelines given for handover, delivery or pickup are estimates made in good faith. They can be affected by matters outside our reasonable control, including traffic and road closures, extreme weather, public disruption, transport unavailability, illness, or a veterinarian advising that a puppy should not travel yet.

We are not liable for delay caused by such events, but we will tell you as soon as we reasonably can and work with you on a revised arrangement. A delay of this kind does not by itself cancel the underlying booking; what happens next is discussed between us.

18. Third-party services and external links

We may suggest, or you may separately engage, third parties such as veterinarians, trainers, groomers, pet-supply retailers or transport providers. Those services are provided by them under their own terms and pricing. We do not employ, supervise or control them, we do not receive your payments to them, and we are not responsible for the quality or outcome of their work. Please satisfy yourself about anyone you engage.

This website contains links to external services — including Google Maps map embeds and WhatsApp (wa.me) message links. Following those links takes you to services operated by other companies, governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or availability. Our Cookie Policy explains what those embeds mean for you in practice.

19. Website content and intellectual property

The text, page layouts, graphics, structure and design of this website belong to Delhi Golden Doodle or are used with permission, and are protected under Indian copyright law. The name "Delhi Golden Doodle" and our branding are ours.

You may read, print or share pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

  • Copy substantial parts of this website onto another website or listing
  • Republish our content commercially, or present it as your own
  • Use our name or branding in a way that suggests we endorse or are connected with you
  • Systematically scrape, harvest or mirror this website

Third-party names, logos and map data shown on this website remain the property of their respective owners.

20. Prohibited use of this website

You agree not to use this website or our contact channels to:

  • Send false, misleading or impersonating information, or someone else's details without their consent
  • Send unsolicited marketing, bulk messages or spam to our phone or WhatsApp number
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to this website, its hosting, or any connected system
  • Introduce malicious code, or interfere with the normal working of this website
  • Harass, threaten or abuse any person, or make demands relating to the mistreatment of an animal
  • Use this website for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of the Information Technology Act, 2000 or other applicable law

We may decline to respond to, or continue dealing with, any inquiry that falls into these categories.

21. Limitation of liability

This website is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. We try to keep the information on it accurate and current, but we cannot promise it is complete, error-free or continuously available, and general information published here is not tailored to your specific circumstances.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • Loss arising from reliance on general information published on this website, without confirming it with us directly
  • Interruption, downtime, or technical faults affecting this website or the third-party embeds on it
  • Acts, omissions, pricing or outcomes of third-party veterinarians, trainers, groomers, retailers or transport providers
  • Decisions you make about your household, your building's rules, or your ability to care for a dog long term
  • Health, behaviour or care outcomes that arise after a dog is in your care, or that follow from care choices you make

Nothing in this section limits or excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded — including liability for fraud, or any liability arising under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 that we are not permitted to contract out of. Where liability is limited by agreement, it is limited to the amount you have actually paid to us in connection with the matter complained of.

22. Indemnity

If a third party brings a claim against us because of something you did — for example giving us false information, breaching section 20, infringing someone's rights through your use of this website, or failing to comply with pet-keeping laws or rules that apply to you — you agree to indemnify us for the reasonable losses, costs and expenses we actually incur as a direct result.

This does not apply to anything caused by our own act, omission or breach, and it does not extend beyond what is reasonable and legally permissible.

23. Relationship with our Privacy Policy

How we handle the details you send us — your name, phone or WhatsApp number, locality, requested service, timeline, puppy preference and message — is explained in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. Our Cookie Policy explains cookies and similar technologies, and our Disclaimer explains the limits of the guidance published here.

24. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our service, our website or the applicable law changes. The current version is always the one published on this page, and the "last updated" date at the top tells you when it last changed.

Changes apply from the date they are published. They do not retrospectively alter terms already agreed between us for a booking that was confirmed before the change. If you keep using this website after an update, you accept the updated terms.

25. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or with your use of this website, are governed by the laws of India.

The courts at New Delhi, Delhi shall have jurisdiction, subject to any right you may have as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 to approach a consumer forum in the place where you reside or work.

If a court finds any part of these terms unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.

26. How to contact us
