Cookie Policy
A short, honest account of cookies and similar technologies on this website. The main thing to know is that this site runs no analytics and no advertising trackers — the only third-party element that can set anything in your browser is the Google Maps map showing our Chandni Chowk address.
On this page
The short version: we have not installed any analytics tool, advertising pixel, remarketing tag, social media widget or tracking script on this website. We do not set cookies to profile you, and we do not follow you to other websites.
The one third-party service embedded in these pages is a Google Maps map showing where we are. When that map loads, Google may set cookies or store data in your browser under its own policies. Everything else described below is either strictly necessary hosting infrastructure or simply not present.
1. What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file that a website asks your browser to store on your device. When you return, the browser can send that file back, so the site recognises something — a preference, a session, or in the case of tracking cookies, a history of what you have looked at.
Two distinctions matter for the rest of this page:
- First-party cookies are set by the website you are visiting. Third-party cookies are set by another company whose content is embedded in the page — for example a map or a video.
- Session cookies disappear when you close the browser. Persistent cookies stay for a set period.
"Similar technologies" usually means local storage, session storage and pixels — different mechanisms, the same basic idea of keeping or sending information from your browser.
2. What this website uses — at a glance
| Technology | Used here? | Detail |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary hosting cookies | Possible | May be set by the hosting platform for security and basic site functioning |
| First-party analytics cookies | No | No analytics tool is installed |
| Google Analytics / Tag Manager | No | Not present on any page |
| Advertising or remarketing pixels | No | Not present on any page |
| Social media widgets or trackers | No | Not present on any page |
| Google Fonts or other web font hosts | No | The site uses fonts already on your device |
| Google Maps embed | Yes | On several pages; may set third-party cookies or storage when it loads |
| Local storage / session storage | No | Our own pages do not write to browser storage |
| Form data saved in your browser | No | Nothing you type is stored or auto-saved by the site |
| Cookie consent banner or preference centre | No | None installed — see section 11 |
| Live chat, newsletter or CRM scripts | No | Not present on any page |
3. First-party cookies
We do not set any of our own cookies for analytics, personalisation, advertising or measurement. There is no code on these pages that creates a cookie in order to recognise you on a later visit.
The exception is described in the next section: the platform hosting this website may set a very small number of strictly necessary cookies as part of serving pages securely. Those are infrastructure, not marketing.
4. Essential cookies
Essential — or strictly necessary — cookies are the ones a website cannot reasonably work without. Typical examples are a cookie that protects a form against automated abuse, a security token, or a cookie that keeps a logged-in administrator signed in.
On this website, essential cookies would only ever come from the hosting platform itself. They do not identify you as a person, they are not used to build a profile, and they are not shared with advertisers. There is nothing here for you to log into as a visitor.
5. Functional cookies and form storage
We do not use functional cookies to remember preferences such as a chosen area, a selected service or a previously typed message. Nothing you enter into an inquiry form is saved in your browser or restored on a later visit.
On the homepage, the inquiry form takes what you typed and passes it straight into a WhatsApp message that opens ready for you to send. That happens in the moment, in memory, and nothing about it is written to a cookie or to browser storage.
6. Analytics cookies
This website does not use analytics cookies. There is no Google Analytics, no Google Tag Manager, no Meta Pixel, no heatmap tool and no session-recording tool installed on any page.
That means we do not have visitor dashboards, bounce rates or user journeys for this site. We learn what is working from the questions people actually ask us on the phone.
If we ever add an analytics tool, this section will be rewritten to name the tool, what it sets, and how long it lasts — before or at the time it goes live.
7. Advertising and social media cookies
There are no advertising, retargeting or conversion-tracking cookies on this website, and no social media share buttons, like buttons or embedded feeds that would load third-party tracking code.
We do not sell advertising space on this website, and we do not pass information about your visit to any advertising network.
8. Third-party cookies from embedded content
Google Maps
Several pages — including the homepage, About Us and a number of service pages — embed a Google Maps map showing our address at Chandni Chowk. The map is there so you can see where we are and get directions.
When that map loads, your browser connects directly to Google. At that point:
- Google receives your IP address and standard technical details about your browser and device
- Google may set its own cookies, or store data in your browser, under its own policies
- If you are signed in to a Google account, Google may associate the request with that account
We do not control what Google sets or how long it lasts, and we receive nothing from the map about you. Google's handling of that data is governed by Google's own privacy policy and cookie practices, which you can review on Google's website.
The homepage map is deferred until you scroll to it On the homepage, the map is loaded only when you scroll far enough down the page to reach it. If you never scroll to that section, no connection to Google is made from that page at all. On the other pages the map loads with the page in the normal way.
9. WhatsApp and phone links
The WhatsApp buttons and the floating WhatsApp icon are ordinary links to
wa.me. They do not load any WhatsApp or Meta code into these pages and they
do not set cookies here. Nothing happens until you click one.
When you do click, you leave this website and arrive at WhatsApp, where Meta's own terms,
privacy policy and cookie practices apply. The same is true of the tel:
links, which simply hand a number to your phone's dialler.
10. Local storage and session storage
Our own pages do not write anything to local storage or session storage. The small amount of JavaScript on this website handles interface behaviour — opening an FAQ answer, switching a care tab, opening the mobile menu, and deferring the map until you scroll to it — and none of that is remembered between visits or between pages.
Embedded Google Maps content may use browser storage of its own as part of how the map works. That storage belongs to Google, not to us.
11. Why there is no cookie banner
You will not see a cookie pop-up, an "Accept all / Reject all" prompt or a preference centre on this website, and we are not going to pretend one exists. There is no first-party tracking to ask you to consent to, so a consent banner would be theatre rather than a real choice.
The genuine choice is over the Google Maps embed, and the honest answer is that you control it through your browser rather than through a control we provide. Section 12 explains how, and browser-level blocking works reliably for exactly this kind of third-party content.
If we later add anything that tracks visitors, we will introduce a proper consent mechanism at the same time and update this page to describe it.
12. How to control cookies in your browser
Every mainstream browser lets you see which cookies have been stored, delete them, block third-party cookies, or block cookies from a particular site. The settings usually sit under privacy or site-permission menus:
- Google Chrome — Settings, then Privacy and security, then Third-party cookies and Site settings
- Safari (Mac and iOS) — Settings or Preferences, then Privacy, including Prevent cross-site tracking
- Mozilla Firefox — Settings, then Privacy & Security, then Enhanced Tracking Protection and Cookies and Site Data
- Microsoft Edge — Settings, then Cookies and site permissions
- Android and iPhone browsers — the same options under the browser app's own settings
Most browsers also offer a private or incognito window, which discards cookies and storage when you close it. If your priority is to avoid the Google Maps connection entirely, blocking third-party cookies and content for this site, or using a content blocker, is the most effective route.
13. What happens if you block cookies
Blocking cookies on this website costs you very little, because the site does not depend on them:
- All pages, text, guidance and navigation continue to work normally
- The phone links, WhatsApp links and inquiry forms continue to work normally
- No content is hidden behind a consent prompt
- The embedded Google Maps map may not load, or may show reduced functionality — you can still find our address, which is written out on the page in text
Blocking cookies very aggressively across the web can break other websites that rely on them for logins or shopping baskets. That is a general caution, not something specific to this site.
14. How this connects to our Privacy Policy
This page covers what happens in your browser. What happens to the details you actually send us — your name, phone or WhatsApp number, locality, timeline and message — is covered in our Privacy Policy.
The two are meant to be read together, along with our Terms and Conditions and Disclaimer.
15. Updates to this policy
This page describes the technologies present on this website as at the "last updated" date shown at the top. Websites change, and if we add a tool that sets cookies or tracks visitors, we will update this page and describe what it does.
We will not quietly add tracking and leave this page saying otherwise. If you notice something on the site that this page does not account for, please tell us.
