Yes — we answer Goldendoodle inquiries from Noida, and collection or delivery can be discussed. Noida has the most codified pet rules in the NCR: registration with the Noida Authority is reported to be mandatory, renewed annually, with a published schedule of fines including one for dog-bite cases. It is not paperwork you do once and forget. Call +91 77919 01085 for current availability.

Uttar Pradesh · Annual renewal, not one-time

The registration you have to remember every year

This is where Noida differs most sharply from its neighbours. Delhi ties registration to your rabies certificate; Gurugram is reported to charge a one-time fee. Noida’s policy, as reported, works on an annual cycle with a calendar deadline — which is exactly the kind of obligation that quietly lapses in year two.

Register first Reported as mandatory for pet dogs and cats, using a vaccination card issued by a registered veterinarian.
₹500 a year Reported annual registration fee, rather than a one-off payment.
Renew each April Reported as an annual renewal, so put a recurring reminder in your calendar now.
31 January deadline Reported that a fine applies where registration is not completed by this date, scaled to the delay.

A benefit worth knowing about

Reporting on the policy indicates that free anti-rabies vaccination is offered for dogs registered through the Noida Authority’s pet registration app, delivered via empanelled doctors and government hospitals. If accurate and still running, that turns registration from a cost into something closer to break-even — ask the Authority directly what is currently available.

Greater Noida is administered separately from Noida. If your address falls under a different authority, confirm the rules that apply to you rather than assuming these do.

Noida puts a number on lead control

Most places leave the consequences of a badly managed dog vague. Noida publishes them. That is genuinely useful information before you take on a puppy, because it tells you what the community expects and what it costs to fall short.

Penalties as reported when the Noida Authority pet policy was announced. Amounts and rules change — confirm the current position with the Noida Authority before relying on any figure.
SituationReported penalty
Dog-bite case₹10,000
Breach of the sterilisation requirement₹2,000
Running a breeding operation from a flat or house₹5,000
Late or missing registrationScaled to the delay

The fine is the smallest part of a bite

Beyond any municipal penalty, an owner can face a civil claim for compensation, and Indian criminal law contains provisions on negligence in keeping animals. There is also the human cost: post-exposure treatment after a bite is not trivial, and severe cases requiring immunoglobulin run into tens of thousands of rupees. None of this is a reason to avoid owning a dog — it is the reason lead manners and a reliable recall are worth practising from week one.

General information, not legal advice, and drawn from reporting of the policy rather than a copy of it. Take your own advice on liability questions.

If someone suggests breeding your dog later

Noida’s policy specifically penalises running a breeding operation from a flat or house, and that is worth knowing before anyone raises the idea with you. New owners are sometimes told that a litter is an easy way to recover the cost of a puppy. In Noida it carries a reported penalty, and separately, breeders in India are required to hold a certificate of registration from their State Animal Welfare Board under the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (Dog Breeding and Marketing) Rules, 2017.

Set aside the rules for a moment: breeding is not a casual undertaking. It carries real health risk to the mother, requires veterinary support and proper facilities, and produces animals somebody has to place responsibly. Buy a puppy because you want a companion for the next decade or more, not as a plan that pays for itself.

High-rise living, lifts and the sector grid

Noida’s planned sector layout and newer high-rise stock make it one of the easier NCR locations for a larger dog — lifts are standard, roads are wide, and sectors generally have internal green space. The pressure point is the same one the policy addresses: shared lifts and common areas in tall buildings.

Incidents involving dogs in society lifts have been reported in Noida and are part of why the rules exist. Whatever the legal position on pets in societies, the practical position is simple.

  • Teach a sit-and-wait at the lift door before the doors open. This is the single most valuable command in a Noida tower.
  • Keep the lead short and stand between your dog and other passengers, especially children.
  • Offer to take the next lift when someone looks uneasy. It costs ninety seconds and buys years of goodwill with your AOA.
  • Carry bags every time. The policy makes cleaning up the owner’s responsibility, and it is the fastest way to lose neighbours’ support.
  • Leash in all common areas, which the policy requires and your association will expect.

The general legal position on societies and pets is on our Delhi NCR apartment guide, and lift training is covered in our training guidance.

Which size, and the commute problem

Space is rarely the constraint in Noida — time usually is. Flats tend to be generous, lifts are standard and sector roads give real walking distance, all of which suits a Standard Goldendoodle better than older, denser parts of Delhi. What catches Noida households out is the commute: long journeys into Delhi or across to Gurugram stretch the working day at both ends.

Decide who covers the dog’s middle of the day before you commit. Hours alone and what a workable caregiver arrangement looks like are set out in the apartment guide; if care will be delegated or you travel often, see our private guidance page. Adult weights in kilograms are in the Mini vs Standard guide.

Goldendoodle Puppy Price in Noida

Noida is inside the Delhi NCR area these bands cover, so the figures this business publishes apply to you rather than being someone else’s numbers. These are the 2026 bands as published on this site.

Published 2026 bands for Delhi NCR, checked 2026-09-25.
Pet qualityRs 75,000 – Rs 1,20,000
KCI registeredRs 1,20,000 – Rs 1,85,000
Champion bloodlineRs 1,85,000 – Rs 2,75,000

A band is not a quote

A band name describes the paperwork behind a puppy, not its health or temperament. KCI registration records parentage. It is not a health test, and it does not make one puppy a better family dog than another.

What any one puppy costs, and what that figure includes, still has to come from us for that puppy. Ask which band it falls in and why, and ask to see the paperwork that puts it there, before you pay a deposit.

Ask for these in writing before you pay anything

  • The puppy, not the type. Age today, sex, colour, and the date it can leave. A price attached to no particular dog is not a quote.
  • What the figure includes. Which vaccinations and deworming are already done, what paperwork comes with the dog, and what is extra. The published bands do not itemise this, so ask.
  • What the paperwork covers. No kennel club issues a Goldendoodle pedigree, so if a band depends on registration, ask which dog that registration is for. The vaccination record is the document about this individual puppy.
  • Getting it to Noida. Collection from Chandni Chowk and delivery are both open here, but no handover or delivery charge is published. Ask for it as a line in the quote rather than assuming it is included.

Nothing on this page says a Goldendoodle is available in Noida today. Ask, and you will get the current answer — including when the honest answer is that there is nothing suitable right now.

Collection or delivery to Noida

We are based in Chandni Chowk, New Delhi and can discuss collection or delivery to Noida. We do not publish timings or promise a particular day — it depends on the individual puppy, the traffic across the river, and what is sensible for a young animal.

  • Tell us your sector and society name, and the gate visitors normally use
  • Name who will receive the puppy and the number they are reachable on
  • Confirm what vaccination and deworming records exist, and what is still due
  • Arrange your own veterinary examination soon after arrival
  • Start the Noida Authority registration once your vaccination card is in hand, and set the annual reminder straight away

Noida questions

Do I have to register my dog in Noida, and how often?

Reporting on the Noida Authority pet policy indicates registration is mandatory and annual, with a reported fee of ₹500 a year, renewal in April and a fine where registration is not completed by 31 January. A vaccination card from a registered veterinarian is required. Confirm the current process and fee with the Noida Authority before relying on any figure.

What happens if my dog bites someone in Noida?

A municipal penalty reported at ₹10,000 is only part of it. An owner can also face a civil claim for compensation, and Indian criminal law contains provisions on negligence in keeping animals. Post-exposure treatment for the person bitten is costly, particularly severe cases needing immunoglobulin. This is general information, not legal advice.

I bought my puppy in Delhi. Which rules apply to me?

Noida's, because registration follows where the dog lives rather than where it was bought. Delhi's MCD process is irrelevant if your address is in Noida. If you are in Greater Noida, check which authority covers you, as it is administered separately.

Can I breed my Goldendoodle at home later to recover the cost?

Noida's policy reportedly penalises running a breeding operation from a flat or house, and breeders in India are separately required to hold a certificate of registration from their State Animal Welfare Board under the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (Dog Breeding and Marketing) Rules, 2017. Beyond the rules, breeding carries real health risk to the mother and needs veterinary support. Buy a puppy as a companion, not as a plan that pays for itself.

Do you have a Noida office?

No. We work from a single address in Chandni Chowk, New Delhi and serve families across Delhi NCR from there. There is no Noida branch, no separate local number and nobody stationed in Uttar Pradesh — the number on this page reaches the same people wherever you are calling from.
